The apartment is surrounded by fields and meadows;<br>features a large, loft-style living, sleeping, and dining area with a spacious terrace opening onto the garden and a natural swimming pond. A bedroom for two, adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen-dining area, accommodates a total of four guests. Off the hallway is the spacious sauna area, which includes a shower room and bathroom. A French door from there provides direct access to the outdoor area. The entire property is in a secluded location. The barn is adjacent to our private holiday home, but guests still enjoy their very own private space here. The barn is designed for maximum privacy. The Angeln region spans the triangle between Flensburg, Kappeln, and Schleswig. The landscape, characterised by hills, valleys, and the natural beaches of the Flensburg Fjord, is truly unique. Holidaymakers will find plenty to enjoy thanks to a wide variety of sports activities, such as sailing, kitesurfing, biking, hiking, and horseback riding. <br>The most beautiful beaches are just a 20-minute walk from Roikier 25 or a very short bike ride away. The path to Habernis Beach leads through fields and a beautiful marsh, which has been made accessible via sturdy wooden walkways.<br>The towns of Flensburg, Kappeln, and Glücksburg are about a 25-minute drive away.<br>It takes less than 10 minutes by car to reach Steinbergkirche. Here, you’ll find everything you need for food and daily necessities. In addition, various organic farm shops expand the culinary offerings with select products from their own farms.
