Inspired by nature, Kerstin and Thomas have created this special retreat in the small village of Ilsenburg within the Harz National Park, designed primarily to help you slow down and relax. From here, you and your family or friends can explore the many sights in the surrounding countryside on foot or by mountain bike, no matter the season. The house, with its modern cubic design and large windows, offers over 40 m² of living space. In the sleeping area, two comfortable double beds (160 cm x 200 cm) await you, inviting you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the loft features a double bed (bunk bed, 180 cm x 200 cm) for two more guests.
In the fall, the colorful foliage lends your vacation home a cozy atmosphere. In the winter, the underfloor heating ensures comfortably warm temperatures in the living area. On the open terrace with panoramic views of nature, you can unwind at any time of day. An additional covered terrace protects you from wind and weather. A special highlight: an infrared sauna.
An exciting destination for the whole family could be the Ilsestein, for example, which rises to a height of about 475 m. It is only 3.5 km from the loft and is easily accessible on foot. The Harz Brocken, with its famous Brockenbahn railway, is also nearby and is always worth a day trip.
