Perfect Condo, HORRIBLE Customer Service
If you’re looking for a beautiful, huge condo this I can’t recommend this unit enough! However…. The customer service is HORRIFIC. Weeks prior to check in I made it a point to ask Brett Robinson about the parking situation. The person at Brett Robinson who I was chatting with on the VRBO app made it very clear to me that the unit came with 3 parking passes and that additional ones can be purchased based on first come first serve basis. Awesome no problem! While checking in at the front desk for Phoenix West 2 the lady notified me that we had to pay $45 for every parking pass and that we were only guaranteed 2 for the unit. I told her I have messages that said 3 came with the unit and that I would be more than happy to show her. She rolled her eyes and told me to go see the lady at the Brett Robinson desk, as I did. The lady told me there was nothing she could do as whoever told me this information made a mistake and I’ll have to pay for them no matter what. “Even if we included it in the price of the condo you still would be paying for them” her exact words. After telling her that I wasn’t expecting to pay $150 up front at check in she told me “Oh well, I mean I can cancel the reservation for you if you want.” As she rolled her eyes as well. At this point I was fuming. I decided to pay for it and let it go, after coming back from the trip and voicing my concerns to Brett Robinson the only thing they basically said was “sorry about that, have a good day”
