You have arrived at paradise! When you add our beautifully decorated, fully stocked condo with the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach along with the top of line amenities of The Oasis at Orange Beach (OB) - formerly Phoenix West II, you really have found paradise in Lower Alabama! Get ready for precious memories in the making!

You are going to love the floor to ceiling windows across the entire back wall giving you an unbelievable view of the Gulf of Mexico and axis to the great sized balcony. The living room has a 60 in flat screen Smart TV. The dining room seats 7 with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar and 2 more stools you can use available.

All bedrooms have upgraded, top of the line mattresses and bedding with flat screen Smart TV's. There are two bedrooms with king beds and the third bedroom has two queen beds. All have their own bathrooms (with the master enjoying a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower). The fourth full bathroom is in the hallway. Very convenient for visitors, folks sleeping on the pull out bed or beach goers needing to wash off the sand without going through the bedrooms!

When you stay with us you have everything you would need to have a great beach vacation of a lifetime to include a fully stocked kitchen, wet bar with small refrigerator, Keurig for morning coffee, (drip coffee maker, and even a smoothie maker is also available.) Our WiFi has an extender to assist in providing connections and it is password protected for secure actions. Our balcony provides some of the best views in the area. We have a table with 4 seats, 2 rocking comfy chairs with foot stools along with two loungers.

The Oasis at OB has beautiful beaches, a workout room, large hot tubs on the same floor as our condo, heated indoor pool with smaller hot tubs, outdoor pool, a lazy river, water slide, splash pad for kids, two tennis courts, BBQ area, steam room, sauna, free wireless internet, climate controlled hallways and lobby/common areas and covered parking. Coming soon with be an additional pool, restaurant/bar, improved BBQ area, pickleball courts and a vastly improved splash pad for the kids!

We are conveniently located by some of the local favorite hotspots -- Live Bait, CoastAL, The Hangout, The Wharf (offering great food, shopping and a movie theater), Franco's Italian Restaurant, Cosmo's, Crab Trap, Lulu's and not too far from the Famous FloraBama.

Go ahead, enjoy a vacation at the 'paradise' level - luxurious, relaxing and at the same time, fun!

Great stay but needs some updating

We had a good family/friend vacation….condo was stocked well but needs to update their pots and pans ….they were old/stained and Teflon coating inside was peeling off…..the other issues were one of the pull out sofa beds was broken at the foot and one of the chairs to dining table was in closet with a broken back….we made the best of those situations and still had a great time

Very accommodating!

We had 8 adults and three small children and there was plenty of room! The condo was great! There were times that the elevators were difficult to catch, especially at check in time. It did get better though! We had a wonderful stay!

This was a group of 6 lady’s celebrating 1 retirement and 2 permotions.

We had a good bit of rain but still had lots of fun making unforgettable memories with lifelong friends.

It was a great stay!

There are a few lightbulbs needing replaced, but it was overall a nice place! Elevators were tricky to catch, but we heard early on to expect delays so that helped regulate our expectations on waiting. Other than that we had a great stay. Pictures not what was at condo, elevators was a nightmare, condo was dirty Cobb webs wall boards very dirty windows dirty. Please take my advice do not stay at this place.

We are Charlie, Becky and Hallie from Wasilla, Alaska. That, alone, should give you a hint why we have a condo on the beautiful beaches of Lower Alabama! While Hallie is the one that wanted to be part of this adventure, we also have two married sons (with terrific daughters in laws) and two fabulous grandchildren. This condo is a tried and true family 'command post' where we enjoy gatherings and memorable times. All three of our kids are in the Army along with one of our daughter-in-laws. When we say we know how to make the most of every minute we are together - believe it!

Our condo is for you to have a special vacation as well as for us to have those special times together. Going anywhere is not inexpensive. We decorated and furnished our condo with that in mind - come enjoy a vacation in luxury.

We chose this condominium building because of the ambience, the upscale particulars and, probably as important as anything, the combination of amenities - especially the lazy river and the slide. We looked for something that would be great for our family as well as great for your family. We found it here at 1410 Phoenix West II!

What makes this property unique

Make your plans to vacation at our condo. It is a perfect place for babies to seniors! We also have you covered for any and all weather. The beach is beautiful! Along with the other outside amenities (outdoor pool, lazy river, water slide, splash pad and tennis courts) you are set for being outdoors! If you don't want to be outside or if the weather turns bad, we have the indoor pool, the multiple hot tubs, exercise room, saunas, large hallways and lobby areas along with large flat screen TV's in our condo, games, books and space to spread out.
