Nuestra estancia ha sido un desastre. Voy a poner esta valoración pero no estoy valorando el alojamiento que reservamos, ya que nos lo cambiaron y estuvimos en otro que era un desastre. En primer lugar, nos cambiaron el apartamento sin consultar ni avisar, lo descubrimos al llegar, el nuevo apartamento era totalmente diferente al que contratamos, ni vistas al lago, ni lavadora… etc, además, estaba muy sucio, sábanas, toallas… muy mal. La comunicación y las instrucciones para acceder no eran nada claras, y después con el problema que tuvimos las soluciones tampoco fueron las mejores… por no decir que no hubo ninguna. Quedamos muy descontentos de nuestra experiencia con Matteo de Host4u

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Wir haben mehrere Nächte als Familie hier verbracht. Positiv waren der schöne Seeblick vom Balkon, die auch bei über 33 °C gut funktionierende Klimaanlage sowie saubere Zimmer und ein sauberes Bad. Leider war das ausdrücklich angebotene WLAN während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht nutzbar. WLAN und LTE-Router waren erreichbar, aber ohne normalen Internetzugang. Wir meldeten dies sofort und führten den empfohlenen Neustart durch. Trotz erneuter Meldung wurde das Problem bis zur Abreise nicht behoben. Wegen des sehr schlechten Mobilfunkempfangs ließ sich der Ausfall kaum per Hotspot ausgleichen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber sehr abgeschieden; ohne Auto aus unserer Sicht kaum praktikabel. Die angegebenen 65 m² umfassen offenbar auch Balkon/Terrasse/Garten, sodass die Wohnung deutlich kleiner wirkte als erwartet. Der Pool selbst ist schön und groß, liegt aber etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt im Tal. Die Zugangsarmbänder fanden wir nur zufällig in einer Schublade. Generell fehlten Informationen zu Wohnung, WLAN und Pool. Auch die Wohnung innerhalb der Anlage war anhand der Anleitung nicht leicht zu finden. Die Küche war spärlich ausgestattet; Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck mussten wir vor der Benutzung selbst nachspülen, was wir enttäuschend fanden. Bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung von Backofen und Klimaanlage fiel zudem der Strom aus. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft für uns in mehreren wichtigen Punkten nicht den Erwartungen.
