Family Chamois Sport Chalet

Just 15 minute drive from Chamonix and a 5-minute walk to the St Gervais lift in Le Fayet, our home has 360 Mountain View’s and is perfect for mountain lovers and families. There is a world famous thermal spa a 10 minute walk away for some extra pampering after a hard day. We’re a young, mountain-obsessed family, so the house is equipped for babies and sports. Guests have a private garage to keep gear safe, complete with a work bench to keep skis, bikes etc in top condition.

Outside area is not completely finished and some building materials are present. Roof terrace not in use at present however there is a BBQ and bench in the courtyard/drive. You can pull the gate across to secure the courtyard for kids to play safeley outside.

The space
This large, newly renovated chalet offers easy access to the ski lifts and is ideal for both relaxing breaks and active mountain stays.

The spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with an American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher, and oven and large dining table making it perfect for group meals and entertaining.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the first bedroom, along with a comfortable lounge featuring a pellet-burning stove, a large smart TV, and a king sofa bed for additional guests. A dedicated workspace is also located downstairs, complete with a desk and monitor—ideal for remote working.

Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms, as well as a family shower room and toilet, providing plenty of space and comfort for everyone.

Both rooms with twin beds are able to become Super King beds upon request.

Guest access
The entire chalet is exclusively available for guests’ use. For safety reasons, the balcony areas are not accessible due to low balustrading.

Other things to note
Bed linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests included in the booking. Please ensure your guest count is accurate and let us know your preferred bed arrangements. Only the minimum number of beds required to accommodate your party will be prepared.

The terrace areas are off limits and will not be available for guests.
