It is the ideal chalet for a dream vacation in a quiet location, with lots of green and wooded space around the chalet. Observation of wild animals. (deer, deer, birds ...)
The chalet is very comfortable and spacious. With lots of space, the rooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed.
We have a small farm (sheep, chickens) that the children can visit.
Located at the foot of the Mont-Blanc massif
Magnificent view of the Aiguille de Bionnassay and Mont-Joli. Ideal for mountaineers (departure from the royal route to Mont-Blanc) and for nature lovers and walking or snowshoeing.
Whether you are sporty, contemplative, lovers of walks, visits to sites steeped in history, you will always find something interesting to do or visit.
St-Gervais ski area linked to Megève at 6 kms. That of Contamines at 5 kms.
The resort of St-Gervais offers a lot of entertainment and sites to visit (chateau de haute-tour, baroque church ...)
and for athletes a covered climbing room. Temporary or permanent exhibitions.
Not forgetting the thermal baths with an outdoor course and numerous treatments and massages.
Closest cities, Chamonix, Megève. Annecy ...
Close to Italy and Switzerland you can get away from it all if you wish.
Access to the chalet is via a small mountain road of 4 km, in winter snow tires and chains are essential.

Wonderful mountain adventure

The house is at the end of a curving street up at 1400 m. The surroundings are absolutely amazing; calm, peaceful and plain nature. Monique and Michel, the landlords, are top; extremely helpful, loads of advice, knowledgeable about the region and most kind. Hiking trails start from the house. For skiing, one has to take the car down to St Gervais, which takes about 15 min. We were a group of 7 (5 adults, 2 children). The house can definitely accommodate up to 10 people. Would definitely recommend!

Chalet très confortable, spacieux et très bien équipé,en pleine nature. Accueil chaleureux de Monique et Michel. Nos petits enfants étaient ravis de voir les petits agneaux à ia bergerie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir plaisir.

Magnifique Chalet au milieu des montagnes

Merci pour cette expérience, le chalet est magnifiquement bien situé, une vue super sur le Pic du bionassay et le Dôme du Goûter. Monique est très sympathique, et nous a permis de passer un super séjour. Je recommande sans soucis !!!

Un séjour inoubliable et un accueil au top !

Un chalet très spacieux où il ne manque rien, en pleine montagne, au calme avec une vue panoramique dont on ne se lasse pas. L'espace extérieur en toute sécurité pour les enfants où ils se sont régalés en luge. La bergerie attenante où les enfants ont appris énormément grâce à Monique, Michel et Fabien. Nous avons eu la chance d'assister à la naissance de quelques agneaux, riche en émotion, découverte inoubliable ! Un régal pour enfants de tout âge et pour les adultes également ! Un accueil et des échanges fort sympathiques avec Monique et Michel, sans oublier Fabien et Vincent ! Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et un grand merci pour votre aide sur la fin de notre séjour ;-) Vous allez beaucoup manqué à Téo qui pense beaucoup à vous et à son numéro 5 :-) Nous recommandons vivement et avons déjà hâte de revenir à Bionnassay ! Accueil excellent de Monique et Michel. L'environnement est superbe. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le site magnifique, la bergerie toute proche avec ses patous et les brebis et surtout, surtout la gentillesse de Monique et Michel. J'allais oublié l'excellent vin chaud, le soir du 31/12 en leur compagnie. Et bien d'autres choses. On y retournera surement. Serge

Ruim familiehuis op een flank van de allesoverheersende Mont Blanc. Grote slaapkamers en grote woonkeuken met veel keukengerei, bestek en servies. In het huis was het lekker warm. Er is 1 badkamer en dat vraagt met veel mensen (wij waren met 9) soms wat geduld. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. De skipistes zijn op 20 minuten rijden. Prima plek voor een skivakantie met een grote groep.

*la maison se situe idéalement pour qui veut être en harmonie avec la montagne et la nature, il faut quand même prévoir des équipements neige * rien ne manquait dans la maison * et surtout des propriétaires très disponibles , aux petits soins, et qui nous ont fait partager leur bonheur de vivre dans ce cadre magnifique

Decisamente ottima!

Casa decisamente accogliente e molto grande! Completa di tutto e di qualsiasi confort: 4 camere con rispettivi letti e coperte, 1 bagno, 2 wc, una cucina in cui si può mangiare in più di 10 persone e un bel soggiorno con tv. Attorno alla casa c'è un grande giardino in cui si può stare a giocare. La casa è situata a 1400m di altitudine e se non si hanno le catene (in inverno), è molto difficile raggiungerla, data la ripidezza della strada. Il paese più vicino è a 10 minuti di strada in auto ed è completo per qualsiasi evenienza. I cellulari non prendono moltissimo purtroppo, il massimo che si riesce a prendere è il 3G. Da sottolineare anche la gentilezza dei proprietari di casa che abitano in una casa vicina. Come detto, soggiorno decisamente ottimo! Da riprovare!

Grand chalet charmant isolé au pied du Mont Blanc

Charmant chalet confortable, bien équipé et en très bon état (équipement et une partie des boiseries très récentes) au milieu d'un grand terrain, avec beaux massifs de fleurs et une très belle vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc (glacier de Bionnassay notamment). Environnement très calme, sentiers de randonnée accessibles à pied depuis le chalet. Tous commerces accessibles à 10 min de voiture. Idéal pour amoureux du calme, de la nature et de la randonnée. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, qui sont juste à coté en cas de besoin. Seul petit bémol: une route d'accès difficile quand on a pas l'habitude des routes de montagne (mais on finit par y arriver, même en étant un conducteur du dimanche parisien comme moi). Attention pour les accros du réseau,pas d'accès internet et on ne capte pas la 3G.
