Extend the snug summer evenings in the orangery

At the end of a long driveway is a secluded oasis where you can enjoy long summer evenings in the orangery with a cold glass of rosé and a delicious meal, or one of the terrace's many spots sheltered from the wind and warmed by the sun.



You won't be short of cozy corners indoors either, as the interior offers just as many corners where you can immerse yourself with a good book under a blanket or enjoy the benefits of cottage life with grandpa on the sofa. If you have older children, they can retreat to the annex and relax. For the little ones, the garden is one big playground with a trampoline, playhouse, sandpit and swing set, and for the adults, there's a nice hammock to snooze in.



Not far from the cottage you'll find a child-friendly sandy beach where you can build sandcastles or play beach tennis. Put on your sneakers and head to the beach town of Liseleje, where you can enjoy lunch at one of the great cafés, browse the vintage shops, or enjoy a delicious ice cream cone with extra toppings. If you're in the mood for an excursion, hop in the car and drive to Hundested, which has a cozy harbor environment with life and summer life.
