This floor also includes a guest toilet. Large windows and soft neutral tones create a bright and relaxing atmosphere throughout the house.
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. The partially covered terrace features both a lounge area and a large outdoor dining table, as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with sink, BBQ, and wine fridge. The tropical garden offers sun loungers and direct gated access to the golf course, while mature greenery maintains privacy without blocking the beautiful golf views. Following a small pathway from the garden, guests also have access to the communal swimming pool.
