This charming smallholding with 67 acres of land offers a unique combination of wild nature and well-tended gardens. Here you can find peace and quiet among rustling trees, a small pond and a canal that winds its way through the property.



The inviting cottage is surrounded by a well-designed garden with several seating areas strategically placed to catch the sun throughout the day. The old chicken coop has been creatively converted into a cozy playroom with a reading corner, perfect for the youngest guests.



The property offers several surprises, including a private path leading up to the popular Champagne Peak with its shelter. Here you can light a fire and enjoy the spectacular views of the area. You also have access to a boathouse and jetty just a 7-minute walk from the house.



Two beautiful beaches are just a short walk away, with facilities for the whole family, including a trampoline and playground equipment. For the adventurous, the area offers plenty of hiking opportunities, whether you prefer coastal trails or forest walks in Eidsveden.
