Between the sea and vineyards, this restored village house welcomes you in a peaceful cul-de-sac 50 meters from shops. Mediterranean authenticity, modern comfort, and works of art create a unique atmosphere where you will immediately feel at home.
The 53 m² living space combines a living room, dining room for 8 people, and fully equipped kitchen. Three air-conditioned bedrooms with electric shutters, including a family room with a mezzanine, can accommodate up to 8 guests. The 14 m² terrace is a natural extension of the living room. With an electric griddle and comfortable furniture, everything you need for sunset aperitifs and summer evenings. Free parking around the cul-de-sac.
The beaches of Cap d'Agde are 10 minutes away, and the port of Marseillan is 5 minutes away. Explore Béziers and its cathedral, Narbonne and its palace, taste oysters around the Thau basin, or discover Sète. Florensac offers the perfect balance between tranquility and discovery.
