Nestled among rolling fields and peaceful forests, an extraordinary lakeside home awaits you right on the edge of the Niepkuhlen Nature Reserve. The private jetty and heated hot tub promise unforgettable moments in nature.



The thoughtfully designed amenities of the house leave nothing to be desired. A projector creates a true home-theatre experience, while the wood-burning stove guarantees cosy winter evenings. In the kitchen, the spacious stove with seven burners will delight any home cook.



The spacious grounds with private access to the water invite you to linger and enjoy yourself. The heated hot tub—which you can use as a refreshing cold tub in summer—makes your stay a special experience. Built back in 1954, the bungalow offers a special, rustic charm—though it lacks the comforts of a hotel. The house suits those who enjoy independent travel and our wonderful natural surroundings. Because of the adjacent nature reserve and the peace-loving neighbourhood, large events or parties aren't permitted. However, we're happy to allow commercial use (e.g. for photo shoots) or special occasions such as non-religious wedding ceremonies by prior arrangement.



The Hülser Berg, with its walking trails and mountain bike routes, lies right next door. The nearby Heilmannshof farm shop provides fresh produce. The historic Linn Castle and the Krefeld Zoo are popular destinations in the region.
