Cozy living on two floors: The former living area of the renovated Gulfhof promises a cozy atmosphere. A mix of new and old elements creates coziness: some doors and furniture are unique pieces that were carefully renewed during the renovation without losing their old charm. Upstairs, wooden floorboards in the living and sleeping areas create an inviting ambience. In addition to a cozy living area, this room houses a double bed by the window. On the first floor there is another bedroom for two people. Thereby, the underfloor heating on the first floor provides a pleasant room temperature and security in all rooms.



The heart of the house half is the kitchen-living room on the first floor. Here you can enjoy social gatherings while cooking and relax in a wing chair in front of the fireplace with a good book. The large windows let in a lot of natural light and offer a wonderful view of the greenery.



While the sheltered terrace invites you to sunbathe and look at the beautiful garden. For exploration tours you can use the house's own Dutch bikes, with which you can reach the nearby city of Emden or the sea.
