You get a ski lodge where mountains and city life meet. Inside, we offer a fireplace, a spacious sauna, and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.



The interior combines soft textiles, warm wood, and wool blankets with smart built-in storage solutions. The living room has a generous sofa with room for everyone, and the dining table is made for long dinners and game nights. The fireplace is easy to light and creates the perfect atmosphere for quiet afternoons.



The sunny terrace faces southwest and has sturdy outdoor furniture where you can sit wrapped in blankets and watch the sun set behind the mountains. Grill dinner or let the children play in the snow or on the grass just outside. Dedicated parking is available a few steps from the door, with the option of charging electric cars.



In winter, you can ski on Björnen's family-friendly slopes, or switch to Duved, Tegefjäll, and Åre By for variety. The cross-country trails in Björnen are fantastic. From spring to fall, you can go hiking to Ristafallet, downhill biking in Åre Bike Park, and fishing in Lake Åre and other nearby waters.
