Fisherman's house in an old village on the Gulf of Morbihan

This fisherman's house, recently renovated in 2014, is located in Kerners in one of the oldest villages on the Rhuys Peninsula, a few steps from the Gulf of Morbihan.
Facing east-west, the house has a large courtyard to the west and a lawn garden to the east equipped with sun loungers, table and barbecue.
It has 3 bedrooms upstairs:
- one bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- a bedroom with bunk beds and chest of drawers
- a bedroom with a single bed and a wardrobe
- a bathroom with toilet
On the ground floor :
- living / dining room with sofa bed, sideboard, table and chairs for 6/7 people, television, DVD player, board games, toys, comics, books for children and adults.
- fully equipped American kitchen
- bathroom with shower and washing machine / dryer
- separate toilet
- cupboard
- small veranda overlooking the garden to the east
Parking space available.
We provide baby equipment if necessary (cot, baby bath, high chair, stair barrier)
Tourist tax: 0.50 / adult / day.
