About this property

This beautiful home is perfect for multi-family gatherings and sleeps a minimum of 12, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a bonus loft area. 12 Free SHARC passes are included and the home has Air Conditioning to keep you cool in the summer months.
Enjoy the large master suite w/vaulted ceilings, deck access & en-suite bath w/soaking tub. The downstairs master is open to the lower deck and also has an en-suite bath. Both masters have king beds, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, the 4th bedroom has two twin beds and the 5th bedroom has a bunk with twin on the top and a full size futon on the bottom plus a twin bed. The spacious loft area has a full-size futon and plenty of room for lounging or playing games.
The large open great room boasts a wall of windows with panoramic golf course views opening up to a large deck that is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
The gourmet kitchen and dining room flow into the great room for maximum family time. The house also includes a game room with a Foosball table, a large outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and upstairs decks with outdoor dining areas.
Televisions are included in the great room, downstairs game room and two master bedrooms.
Please note that our housekeeping staff is "certified" for Covid 19 protocol cleaning practices. Disinfectants used to clean the house are Covid 19 certified as well.

Family Spring Break

This was a great place for multiple families. Plenty of room, and child-friendly. It was clean and pretty well stocked. Would visit again!

Wonderful family time together!

This house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for my husband and I, our 3 adult children and their spouses and our grandchildren! It was peaceful and lovely being on the edge of the forest and golf course. Beautiful, light and peaceful atmosphere. The house had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, bathrooms for each family, great kitchen and living area! Our grandchildren loved the SHARC pools and we had fun everyday there! So many bike trails and mountain biking trails to explore as well. We have a beautiful time as a family there!
