Our 15th Floor Unit is located at Gulf Crest Condominium on the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Complete with two large pools, TIKI pool-side bar, hot tub, kiddie pool, exercise room, and much more.

CONBAR PROPERTIES purchased this unit in late fall of 2017 and have been managing properties on Panama City Beach since 2009. We own and operate all our units. We are completely accessible to our guests 7/24. Our other units can also be viewed on VRBO/HomeAway using these listing numbers: Treasure Island (419083, 244216) and Seychelles Resort (328240).

The unit includes FREE protected WIFI and CABLE. The living room boasts a large 60" television. Televisions are provided in all bedrooms.

Beach Service will be provided free to our guests from March to Mid-October. This includes two beach chairs and an umbrella laid out on the beach for our guests. See rental agreement for details.

The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE includes Clean Fee, Damage Waiver covering up to $1500 in damage (see section on DAMAGE WAIVER FEE) and Office Processing Fee. Additional damage protection can be purchased through VRBO. It DOES NOT include the property registration fee which is paid directly to Gulf Crest (see below).

This 2 bedroom unit that sleeps 6 persons comfortably; King in the master, queen in the guest and a stacked bunk closet.

ROOM DARKENING CURTAINS IN BOTH BEDROOMS! SLEEP IN LATE!!

We provide a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, blender and even a waffle iron. It includes a utility room with a large stack-able washer/dryer. Gulf Crest boasts one of the larger patios on the beach and we have provided plenty of furniture to sit out and enjoy the view.

The view is spectacular from just about every room in the unit. The master bedroom, great room and dining room all front the Gulf of Mexico.

Gulf Crest has 24 hour Sheriff security available, and is a gated condominium facility accessible with a provided code for your privacy and protection.

BEWARE OF SCAMS: THIS UNIT IS ONLY RENTED OUT VIA VRBO, HOMEAWAY and its Partners or by direct contact with the owner. WE WILL NEVER ADVERTISE THIS UNIT VIA CRAIGSLIST OR ANY SIMILAR CLASSIFIED ADS.

BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2023, the new registration fee for ALL guests will be fifty dollars ($50.00). This fee is levied by and paid directly to Gulf Crest Condominiums. There are several ways to register, print their parking passes and pay their registration fee! Guests can register from home, at our lobby kiosk or in our office when they arrive!

Should you choose to register from home or in the lobby, simply go to https://gulfcrestcondominiums.com/checkin/. This page there will be two options: "Check-In at Lobby Computer" or "Check-In Remotely." The password is 2020.
When the password is entered a very simple registration form will pop up where you enter your unit number, name, email address, number of guests, contact number, rental company, and check in and out dates.

Please NOTE that regardless of how you decide to register, you must go to the main office and obtain wristbands for your stay! They are silicone wristbands that do NO have to be returned upon check out.

Fun and relaxing

We had the best family vacation. We traveled with 2 teenage girls who loved the pool and beach. Property was very clean and Gerry was very attentive and helpful. The beach was gorgeous! Very close to restaurants and the girls enjoyed the arcade and go carts across the street. We would definitely book again!

Absolutely loved this condo beautiful place to stay and super close to everything fun to do in Panama. St Andrew’s park and the marina where dolphin charters leave from is all within 10mins. As well as a variety of restaurants and other things. Gerry was amazing to deal with as far as helping us and communicating with us with every question we had! Would love to come back to this condo next year! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Beautifully appointed in a good location

This was the perfect place for our family. It was close to many attractions and the heated pool was a big hit for an early spring vacation. The condo was like new and the facilities were well maintained. We will come back here!

Gerry is great to deal with. The property was clean, nicely done, easy to enjoy. The chairs and umbrella are a great add on, it makes it easy to enjoy the beach.

Our New Favorite!

We had an amazing experience at this condo @ Gulf Crest. We loved the condo itself, the assigned parking spot, and no wait times for the elevator. The condo was very clean & tastefully decorated. Gerry was awesome in answering all my questions. We hope to return back soon.

Beautiful Condo

Very nice clean condo with a gorgeous view. Excellent communication with property management. Be sure to take extra toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap/dishwasher tabs, laundry soap etc. Comfortable bed in master (it creaks but sleeps good). We would definitely rent again. Quiet.

Beautiful place and beautiful view

We just returned from our week stay at this unit. It was clean, wonderfully decorated and the view from the balcony was fantastic! We really enjoyed taking a break from the beach and having lunch on the balcony along with dinner at the end of the day. The location of this condo is ideal for us because it is not located near Pier Park where during Spring Break is very popular and highly congested with traffic. We look forward to returning to this unit next spring!

Process was made very easy to accommodate our needs

Beautiful unit that worked wonderful for our family! With 2 pools and 2 hot tubs and the exterior food hut was definitely less crowded than other condos we've been in the past. Easy communication with the owner made the process work very efficiently. We will return in the near future.

Simply AMAZING!

Condo was spectacular with an amazing view! The location was perfect. Great access to pool and beach. The resort and condo were clean and safe. Gerry was absolutely wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any questions. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely return. 5 stars as a rating isn’t high enough. So wonderful. Amazing view and perfect accommodations

Having a view from the dining room, living room and master bedroom is a rare treat. The balcony is huge - we enjoyed cooking and eating in because the ambience can’t get much better. Beds we’re comfortable, cleaning crew did a great job and we didn’t lack anything in terms of standard fittings (dishes, pots etc) Master double shower was also very nice. Condo owner/Mgmt was probably the most proactive and communicative I have ever dealt with. Condo facilities were great as well. Highly recommended!!

Great condo and professional owner

Two vacation weeks amazing in this beautyful condo ( 10-24 august). It lacks nothing, all is there. It's a large condo with a marvelous sea view. Everything is functional and clean. Nice condo with excellent view

We've stayed in this building a number of times due to the large outside deck and the view. This unit is very clean with upgraded walk in shower with dual shower heads, large flat screen, A/V setup to make it easy to connect your devices to the TV and dedicated internet. Gerry, made it very easy to schedule this unit, was quick to communicate necessary details and overall, made the process very smooth. This unit is definitely worth considering if you are looking for a beachfront vacation.

Very clean and up to date room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed dishes to cook as we like to cook in our room more then going out to dinner. My only complaints is that the washing machine took forever to wash a load of laundry, the master bed has a very firm mattress, and the master bedroom didn’t have a dresser so not much storage room for our clothes plus our childrens clothes. The room is extremely nice and I will definitely rebook for another stay when we go back.

Nicest condo yet!!

We absolutely loved this condo!! I have stayed at several different condos over the last 30 years that I have been traveling to PCB with my family (started as a kid). We have stayed at Gulf Crest before and loved it, but this condo was much nicer and well kept up than the other one we stayed in. It looks just like the pictures and there are plenty of kitchen supplies to allow you to comfortably stay in and cook. We had originally booked our trip for April, but due to Covid19 and travel restrictions we had to reschedule that trip. Gerry was awesome about rescheduling and keeping us up to date on what was happening with the STR ban and Covid19 issues for Florida. We were extremely happy to be able to keep our June dates and enjoyed our much needed vacation. We love the location since there are many places that are walking distance to visit and it seems to be much quieter on Thomas Drive. I would definitely recommend this condo and we are wanting to become return renters for many future trips.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! Gerry was great and easy to get a hold of! The condo was exactly as the pictures reflected and immaculately clean! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with! The guest shower door was off track, but Gerry made me aware of it before arriving and offered to have his maintenance man fix it, but it wasn’t an issue. We just left that side of the shower closed at all times. The location is great, however there is a bar outside of the condos and they play their music so loud all hours of the night. If your staying in the master bedroom or kids bunk you do not hear it at all, but if you are staying in the guest bedroom it is very loud as well as the street noise. This is not something Gerry could help and has nothing to do with his condo. We would 100% recommend this condo to anyone! We hope to be back again next year and stay at this exact location!

Stay was fine

Positives. Loved the room darkening curtains. Pools and beach access and chairs and umbrella were wonderful! The every day cleaning was fine. I feel so bad but do not want somebody else to be disappointed like I was. I never have written a negative review before. Pictures were deceiving. Paint chipped off the cabinets. Thick dust on the vents on walls. A lot of rust on tile under the bar stools. Thick dust on ceiling fans and pictures in master bathroom. The whole place was just a bit dingy. We had the toilet overflow. The owner did respond and send someone out but never checked back in of course until sending me a text to check out on time. Again I am sorry to have to tell the truth. I did not contact property owner about dust because I read a review about someone else talking about a deep cleaning and he responded with he can only do it when property isn't busy more or less. We still had a good time but could never get totally comfortable.

Great Beach Vacation!

Easy access to beach. Great pool area (kids loved the summer activities at the pool a couple of days a week during the summer). Close to attractions and restaurants. Unit was nice, comfortable, plenty of space for our group. Son enjoyed the bunk area. Travelled with several families so the complex was great to accommodate the needs of the various families.

Great condo in great location

Loved the location! Close enough to anything by car but less crowded than Pier Park area. The balcony was huge and the view is amazing. Close to shopping, amusement rides, and amazing restaurants. The condo was a good size for two couples and would easily accommodate a couple of kids in the bunks. The kitchen had all the necessary accoutrements, plenty of seating in the living room. Owner was very responsive.
