Gulf Crest -Walk In Shower in Master

Gulf Crest is an amazing complex because the living, dining, and master bedroom all have full, breathtaking views of the emerald green waters. The complex is family oriented, with two large pools, two outdoor hot-tubs, kiddy pool, game room, and fitness center. The two bedroom units have 1381 sq. ft. indoor area and amazing 40 foot long balconies overlooking the gulf.

Our 11th floor condo has ceramic tile floors in the great room, nine-foot ceilings and crown moulding. The living room has a 55” HD Smart TV, Visio soundbar, and DVD player and a queen size sleeper. There is a 43 inch 4K Smart TV with DVD player in the master bedroom and a 32” HD Smart TV and DVD player in the guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a gulf view! There are sliding glass doors where you can step out onto the balcony from the master bedroom.

The huge, 40-foot, full privacy balcony overlooks the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and has a brand new set of patio furniture. The unit also has a queen bed in the guest room with access to the second bathroom, and two built-in bunk beds with twin-sized mattresses. The large kitchen is open to the living room, which makes for an open airy feel to this condominium.

The unit has wireless internet access (there's a wireless router in the unit). It has the regular high speed service instead of the slower hotel-type service that is standard with all Gulfcrest condos. In case someone needs to do some work during their stay we have highspeed internet for your VPN connection and the phone in the unit will let you dial into conference bridges via toll free numbers so that you don't have to run up your cell phone bill. The phones have mute buttons and a headset jack.

The cable TV service includes premium channels and DVR so you can record your favorite shows while you are out on the town or at the beach.

There is a $50 registration fee collected by Gulf Crest when you arrive.

Great Condo

The condo was great. Very clean and comfortable. George was very responsive anytime I had a question! I loved the complex too. The elevators were fast. A lot of other condos we’ve stayed in did not have enough elevators and they were slow so this was great!

This was one of the nicest condo's we have stayed in yet. It is really pretty and big. We come to PCB every year and were so lucky last year to have be able to stay in such a nice place.It had everything we needed and the pool and beach area was wonderful and safe for my teenage kids. The people who own this condo were the best.They bent backwards for us and we will always appreciate it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The owner was very pleasant and answered all questions very promptly. Such an easy process to book and pre register to get parking passes. This was our first time staying at Gulf Crest and we loved the building. The elevators were speedy (and this was busy Memorial Day week). The staff were very nice. The condo is very spacious and exactly as pictured - beautiful. Such a large balcony and beautiful view overlooking the beach. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The furnishings were comfortable and large TVs in each room and washed and dryer that worked well. Gulf Crest is in an excellent location - easy to leave and access Thomas Dr. You are within walking distance of several restaurants and there is a mini market right on the corner for ice and beer. There is a grill and bar at the pool. Condo had two beautiful pools. Beach service is not included but is reasonably priced - and honestly I felt the condo was lower priced than comparable condos so that made up for it. The beach service manager was very nice. Just a wonderful week overall. Thank you George Best so much!!

We love Gulf Crest

The condo was clean, well stocked, and very nice. Pool area was nice as usual. I wasn't crazy about the check in kiosk. Front desk people were at the desk, but wouldn't check you in. You had to do it yourself on a computer outside and print a parking pass. It didn't work for me, so had to go in anyway. I may have missed something, but just felt very impersonal. Also, I wish they would begin quiet hours at 11:00, not 10:00. People are in vacation and every night, the guards had to kick people out of the pools and hot tub. Otherwise, great stay, great owner to work with!

This property was extremely clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen equipment, well decorated and a quiet location. Loved having covered assigned parking. Check in was easy. Property security managed by key codes at all car & pedestrian access. Office staff were friendly. Elevators were fast. Huge balcony and comfortable seating. The condo was exactly as described and was the cleanest & most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. George was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Impeccable is the best word to describe this unit. This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in while on vacation. This was a nice condo. It was very spacious for a two bedroom. The 11th floor was perfect for viewing sunsets on the huge balcony, the biggest balcony we have ever had in a 2 bedroom. It also had bunks in the living room that were very neat. Kitchen had everything that we could have needed. Definitely would stay again!

We loved this condo.

This is a great vacation rental. The condo is very nicely furnished with everything you need. It was very clean and all the furnishing were in great condition and up to date. The Gulf Crest is a wonderful location and the property is maintained very well. We have stayed at the Gulf Crest several time before but with different condo owners and this was one of our favorite units. We will definitely rent from them again.
