Home with a view over the Baltic Sea

Welcome to a cottage with a lovely view of the Baltic Sea. The large windows in the living room let in plenty of light and provide a beautiful view of the water. Perfect for those who love to be close to nature and enjoy maritime experiences right outside the door.



The house offers a cozy living room, kitchen and bedroom on the ground floor, and on the first floor you'll find two bedrooms, one of which has a fantastic view.



Outside, two large terraces await you - the east-facing terrace overlooks the fields with the Baltic Sea in the background, while the south-facing terrace is less than 10 meters from the water. From here there is also a private staircase down to the beach.



The area offers many experiences. Kayak to Nysted and Ålholm, take your morning walks along the water to Nysted Harbor or enjoy a walk along the fields.
