The common room is the heart of the house with a vaulted ceiling, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together into one large space. The bedroom offers a direct ocean view, and right next to it, you’ll find a bathtub that also overlooks the water. The floor is raw concrete with underfloor heating, perfect for bare feet covered in sand from the beach.



The property is overgrown with rose hips and marram grass, creating an authentic coastal feel. The house’s shower is outdoors and has both cold and hot water, so you can choose between a refreshing or warm bathing experience under the open sky.
