The 70 m² house opens onto a spacious 40 m² veranda, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The carefully furnished interiors offer two bedrooms with latex mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen, and all modern comforts, from smart TV to air conditioning.





The real gem is the 25,000 sq m garden, a green oasis where you can pick fresh eggs, exotic fruits, and seasonal vegetables. The heated swimming pool, available all year round, blends harmoniously into the landscape, while the play area will delight the little ones.





From your base, you can explore the wonders of the area: the Baroque center of Noto, the coves of the Vendicari Reserve, and the picturesque village of Marzamemi. For food lovers, the local markets offer an authentic taste of Sicily.



The fee for the use and heating of the pool from October 1 to April 30 is included in the rental price.

From May 1 to September 30, use of the pool is always included in the rental price and heating is not necessary. However, heating can always be requested at a cost of €40 per day (multiplied by the number of days of the rental). To be paid in advance on the day of arrival.
