🌊 Welcome to Sushie’s Seaside Stay | Beach & Pool Retreat 🏖️, our cosy and beautifully maintained 3-bedroom holiday caravan (B74) located at Whitehouse Leisure Park in Towyn, North Wales 📍. Personally managed by my wife Sushie and me ❤️, we take great pride in offering a clean ✨, comfortable 🛋️, and relaxing 😌 home away from home for families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, couples 💕, and small groups. 🛏️ The caravan comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the lounge. 📶 Inside, you’ll find free Wi-Fi, a TV with Freeview channels 📺, Bluetooth soundbar 🎵, central heating 🔥, and an electric fireplace for cosy evenings. 🍳 The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and children’s utensils, making self-catering easy and convenient. 🛁 Fresh bedding, towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, and cleaning essentials are all provided for your comfort. ☕ Step outside onto the private decking area 🌿 with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring. 🏖️ Guests have full access to the entire caravan and all facilities within Whitehouse Leisure Park, including direct beach access 🌊, children’s play area 🛝, Jake’s Café & Bar 🍔🍻, and internal access to the neighbouring Golden Gate Holiday Centre 🏊‍♂️ with an indoor swimming pool (charges may apply). 🎡 Nearby attractions include Knightly’s Fun Park 🎠, Tir Prince Funfair & Raceway 🏎️, Manorafon Farm Park 🐑, Welsh Mountain Zoo 🦁, Conwy Castle 🏰, Llandudno Pier 🎢, and Kinmel Dunes Nature Reserve 🌿, along with plenty of cafés ☕, fish and chip shops 🍟🐟, restaurants 🍽️, and ice cream parlours 🍦. 📞 Although we may not always be on site, we are always available by phone or message and are happy to help before and during your stay. 🔑 Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with key collection from Whitehouse Leisure Park Reception between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM; if arriving after 5:00 PM, your keys will be available at Jake’s Bar & Restaurant 🍔, located just to the right of the main entrance and typically open until midnight 🌙. 🕚 Check-out is by 11:00 AM. 📘 All guests receive a digital welcome guide with check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and useful information about the caravan and surrounding area. 🏡 As this is our family holiday home, we kindly ask guests to treat it with care and respect ❤️, observe park rules and quiet hours 🤫, and leave the caravan in a tidy condition 🧹. 👥 Only registered guests are permitted to stay, and additional charges may apply for damage ⚠️, excessive cleaning, or unregistered guests. 💙 Whether you’re planning a fun-filled family holiday 🎉, a romantic seaside escape 💕, or a peaceful coastal retreat 🌅, Sushie’s Seaside Stay offers the perfect place to relax, recharge, and create unforgettable memories by the sea. ✨
