Unit 126-2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Side Club Interior Condominium

This newly renovated and newly furnished second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. The minimum stay for this unit is three nights. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32 inch flat screen TV and there is a king size bed in the guest bedroom with a 32 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, blender and a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig Machine. The living room TV is a 55 inch flat screen with leather furnishings. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.

Splendid Siesta Key

Great location on Siesta Key. Loved the beachy decor of the condo. Property was very beautiful and clean. Gulf side pool was very big and not crowded. Beach was AMAZING as always, plenty of chairs available.

We we booked we thought that the room with 2 beds were twin beds from the photos, but they are full beds which made the stay even more comfortable. The beach is amazing, the waves are very calm and perfect to enjoy with small children like mine.

New Years getaway

Nice place. Wish the King bed was in the master bedroom, but understand why the bedrooms are arranged as they are. FYI, the bath soap provided is useless.

Spring Break

Unit was as advertised- clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped for a beach rental. King bed in the second bedroom was very firm, but that’s an individual taste thing. Great location on a beautiful private beach. Be aware it takes a while to get around the Siesta Key- Sarasota area in March- lots of people on vacation this time of year.

Nice place good location, loud construction

The condo was clean and nice and very close to the beach and pool. The only thing that was negative was the construction of the building directly across from our unit. We couldn’t sit out on our balcony at all and had to keep the drapes drawn so the construction workers couldn’t see into our condo. Construction noise also, we were out during the day for the most part, but ever day except Sunday they were working

The condo was nice but there were ants all over the kitchen floor counter tops stove etc. the microwave did not work they brought a loaner which kept blowing a fuse which was fixed rather quickly. The outlets in the king bedroom only the bottom ones worked so a little concerning something wasn’t right. We could not get the internet to work on the tv. We were there only 4 days so didn’t want to complain to the office all the time. The only way I knew how to get a hold of Tammy was through email and I wasn’t going to wait around for a reply. The vacation itself was good and the location was good. Loved Siesta Keys

Questions we have are always answering. They did a wonderful job getting things back together after the hurricanes. The only thing we don't like is the dynamic pricing that is used. We were seriously thinking of going somewhere else because the prices went up so much, but it went back down, so we rebooked for next year. We really didn't want to elsewhere since we've been coming for years. So thankful it came down

Loved the resort but not the property manager.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort but would not stay in this condo again. The units AC locks at 69 and there are no ceiling fans or box fans in the unit. If you close your bedroom door no air moves through so it is very stuffy. We contacted the property manager and her response was rather rude suggesting we go buy our own fans. I’ve read other reviews of this unit and this has been an issue in the past, but she doesn’t care to fix it. Also, the main rug in the living room was sandy and had toenails on it upon check in. The rest of the unit appeared clean.

Beachside bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It had to happen sooner or later a property that EXCEEDED our expectations. Website is accurate but it's hard to truly express how covenient this location is. Siesta Key beaches are beautiful and the short walk down through Palm Bay club private paver road put you in a great frame of mind to relax. Plenty of pool and beach seating meant no rush to save a spot early. Staff was exceptional and personable in every interaction.Even security NEVER passed a guest without smiling, waving and saying hello. Our group all commented how they were constantly at the ready but very chill. Much preferred over sterile automated gate. Amazing how property could be close to restaurants and secluded at same time. Public trolley gave you plenty of options within 10 min. A great family friendly experience. Everyone in group agreed they would look forward to coming back.

I believe we have the same for next year which I may try and get switched 😐 the dishwasher seemed like it was on its last leg, the shower was difficult to use, one of the bathroom sinks continually filled with water, and the other bathroom shower doors were hard to open. I also did not love the balcony as it overlooked another condo with a pool - you could just hear everything going on over there. Overall love Palm Bay just not our favorite condo there.

Palm Bay Club - Very unprofessional property manager

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is a building being built 20 feet from the sliding glass door in this unit. The construction begins at 7:45 and goes until 5. Constant banging and beeping. My husband and daughter could barely work or have conference calls because of the noise. We had to keep the curtains completely closed because workmen can see directly into the condo. The kitchen needs attention along with the pantry closet. It is old and things are just thrown into drawers. The stove burners are so crooked that you can barely use them. The kitchen rug and pillows in living area need washed, very dirty! The outlets do not work, when you plug something in like your phone cord, it falls right out. The bathroom shower was not cleaned well at all. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. I called France the property manager and he told us we could leave and he would give us the money back for the nights not used. That is an impossible solution when the island is fully booked and we could not change our flight to go home. Upon checking out, we were waiting for our Uber and France came outside and banged on the van and said you need to pull up or the gate would hit the van. Before we could get to the van, he drove away. I said, thanks a lot now we have no ride to the airport. His comment was, "I can't have my gate broken" never said I'm so sorry, I didn't mean for that to happen and just walked away. He is absolutely the most unprofessional sorry excuse for a PM! I do not recommend staying here.

The floors were gross, my kids feet were black by the time they went to bed. Our screen door didn’t close, and the screen was peeling off the frame. The security people were checking wrist bands every 5 min, it was annoying to the point where I said “you just asked me this 5 min ago.” For the amount of money it cost to stay there it could have been better!
