About this property

This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two sized queen beds with a 32" flat screen TV while there is a king sized bed in the guest bedroom, also with a 32" flat screen TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The modern spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.

Girls weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was very nice at #140. The location was the best part of our stay. We were a short walking distance to the beach and two pools and the tennis courts were a nice addition. However, the pickleball paddles need to be replaced. They were very difficult to play with. Our Airbnb was clean, but the kitchen faucet needs replaced. It kept dripping unless you worked with it to get it in to a position that it would stop. The shower knob was also very difficult to operate. We called maintenance to come look at it, but it turns out it was fine...it was just very old and difficult to figure out. We were a little embarrassed when they turned it right on, but I think it was just a very old style that we weren’t familiar with. We would stay again at this facility because of the close proximity to everything, but for the price, the Airbnb needs some upgrades/remodeling.
