* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM—please respect neighbours.

* Please keep windows and doors closed when the property is unattended.

* A security deposit of £200 or a damage waiver of £53 may be required, processed securely via a third-party platform and refunded after check-out, subject to inspection and compliance with house rules.
