Very convenient location. Close to groceries, bus, beach, and Puerto Marina. Quiet except for the occasional creaking of the elevator. Very pretty view of mountain. Can see the sea a bit, but blocked by buildings. Very well equipped and BBQ a total bonus!! The host was easily accessible and very prompt in her replies.

Fantastic apartment

We come to Benalmadena 4/5 times a year and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. Perfect location-walking distance to all our favourite bars and restaurants. Very clean apartment with everything you need. Would definitely recommend and we will be booking again.

Great location . Very central and easy access to buses. Supermarket easy walk to careforre so easy walk back with food shops . Only negative is the noise within the apartment block - generally it was quiet from 11pm but due to thinness of walls any noise made later can be annoying - so in summary. Great location , apartment and booking agent just be mindful if you like an early night to take earplugs

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely week in this apartment. It is slightly off the main road so quiet yet only a few minutes walk to the nearest bars, shops and restaurants. Five minute walk to the beach. Excellent communications with the host Isabelle and Jose. Clean and modern with a balcony big enough for a family. Highly recommended and hopefully we will return another day.

Lovely apartment

Much to our surprise the apartment had been totally refurbished from the pictures on the original listing. Everything was brand new, and done very tastefully. It had everything you could ask for, and the early morning sun on the veranda was lovely for your coffee. Only a short stroll to the beach and marina. We loved the electric window blinds which kept the apartment dark till you decided to wake up. All in all, a lovely apartment, which I would certainly return to.

Lovely pied-à-terre in the Costa del Sol

We had a wonderful time in this modern apartment in Benalmadena. The location was perfect for anyone without a car as the apartment was only a half block from the bus stop and only a few hundred meters from the beach. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped and was exactly as described in the listing. Both the owner and the caretaker were very helpful and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Our only very minor complaint is that, because the windows were single pane, we did occasionally get some noise from the street and the pubs nearby.

Excellent location and property

We stayed for 6 weeks in this apartment and enjoyed this “home away from home”. It is in a well maintained and secure building, located a 05 minute walk from grocery stores and bus stops and 10/15 minutes from beaches and the Marina. We really enjoyed the balcony and BBQ. One disappointment for us was that when we booked, the photos showed a sea view from the balcony, but the newly expanded Triton Hotel has blocked this; however there remains a beautiful view of the mountains to the back of the city. Isabelle and Jose were very helpful throughout our stay and addressed any minor issues we had. We would recommend this apartment for your stay in Benalmadena. J and M Canada

Endroit non conforme aux photos publiées...

Nous avons séjourné 28 jours, les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité, les draps et habillage de lit ne sont pas du tout les mêmes, draps brun et couvre lit bleu fleuri et vert mousse... qualité très médiocre, plus aucune vue sur la mer, un immeuble est en construction et on ne voit plus rien, la propreté des lieux était très médiocre, la qualité des serviettes très ordinaire... j'ai du acheter des cintres, linge de ménage et produits de nettoyage...et que dire du bruit... très bruyant on entends les gens parler sur le trottoir et les chiens qui jappent à la journée longue... il y a un vétérinaire juste en face... Aussi note si vous voyagez avec le train, la gare est à 25 minutes à pieds et ça monte toujours... l'appartement est assez bien équipé mais qualité médiocre... point positif, la proximité de la marina et le stationnement souterrain privé ...bref je ne recommande pas cet appartement !

L'appartement se trouve au centre de Benalmadena. Près des commerces, des restaurants, de la vie de Benalmadena. D'ou l'interêt de pouvoir se déplacer à pied. Il y a toutes les commodités , ligne d'autobus pour se rendre à la station de train ou Malaga ou Fuengirola. Le linge de lit ne peut pas correspondre à chaque fois aux photos car comme vous le comprendrez nous devons en changer. Concernant la propreté, l'appartement a été contrôlé et il était propre. Concernant la vue effectivement il y a à présent l'hotel Triton, néanmoins nous avons une vue magnifique de la vallée de Benalmadena. Quoiqu'il en soit je pense que lorsque vous louez à Benalmadena, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir et pas seulement la vue du balcon !

Die Lage ist super direkt am Meer. Man hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke . Leider war es nicht sauber wie ich es mir erhofft habe. Die Bilder sind leider nicht im aktuellen Zustand .

Fantastic place to stay.

Lovely, spotlessly clean apartment. Very secure gated complex. Apartment just like photos, true likeness. Up a quiet side street just off the main tourist area filled with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, tourist shops and supermarkets. About ten minutes walk to the marina with its lovely yachts, bars and shops. Five minutes walk to the many beaches with lots of beachfront bars and shops. Any communication with the agents was dealt with quickly and answered any questions you may have. The caretaker Sole was very helpful and even let us in to the apartment early. I would highly recommend this apartment and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Superbe appartement à BENALMADENA

Nous avons passée 2 semaines au top. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sole à la remise des clefs. Si vous venez en voiture une place est disponible au sous sol ( grande place ). L appartement est très bien placé ( à 3 min de la plage ). La terrasse est très grande avec vue sur la mer et la montagne. l appartement est très fonctionnel, il ne manque absolument rien. Il est même mieux que sur les photos. Pour terminer il y a une grande piscine. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Frühstück hat man Sonne auf dem Balkon und den Rest des Tages angenehmen Schatten. Einziger Nachteil ist die doch recht laute Straße. Da wir auf dem Land wohnen, hat uns das schon etwas in der Nacht genervt. Dafür hat man natürlich zentral gewohnt. Der Ort ist für Personen geeignet, die kein Problem mit größerem Tourismus haben. Jetzt in der Nachsaison (Mitte September) war es insgesamt nicht mehr so voll.

wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Verständigung per Telefon könnte besser sein, das Englisch ist teilweise schwer zu verstehen. Aber Ihr Kollege war sehr hilfsbereit und grundsätzlich hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Saubere und gute Unterkunft! Kann ich weiterempfehlen, wenn man einen lebhaften Urlaubsort sucht :-) Alles Gute wünscht

Great Holiday

Great apartment.Close to beach,marina.supermarket,bar and restaurants.Great for long walks along promenade.Air conditioning worked great when day/evening became very hot.We were picked up at airport and returned to airport at the end of our very enjoyable holiday ,very efficient service. Just one small note that apartment does not have a safe for storing passports etc.however we will be back. Many thanks to all.
