The brand new and bright apartment Elvira is located in Lazise, in the residential complex I Gigli, just 1 km from the historic centre and 800 metres from Lazise beach. The apartment can accommodate 4/5 people and consists of a modern living area with open-plan kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, gas hob, oven, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee machine. The relaxation area features a sofa bed suitable for a child, satellite television, air conditioning and WiFi. There are two comfortable bedrooms, both with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. The fully renovated bathroom with window features a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and hairdryer. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small outdoor seating area, whilst on the covered terrace on the opposite side of the house there is a lovely table for outdoor dining. The communal pool with hot tub (opening guaranteed 1 April - 31 October) refreshes you on the hottest days (sun loungers and parasols are available). A reserved outdoor parking space is available to guests. Pets not allowed, smoking in the apartment not permitted.

The final price is composed of:

- RENTAL FEE, which is paid directly to the owner, in whose name and on whose account Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, toiletries, on-site support, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
