11 Water’s Edge is a single-storey wooden lodge near Lanreath, Cornwall. The property offers an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Entertainment includes a TV and WiFi. The lodge has two bedrooms consisting of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed balcony terrace with furniture and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for one car. One well behaved dog welcoem. Sorry, no smoking. The shop is 3.4 miles away, the pub is 1.5 miles away, and the lake is 0.1 miles away. Note: there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted.
