It has been exquisitely restored to a high standard. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, and washing machine. The dining area enjoys views over the rooftops of Salernes. Local attractions: Steps beside the house lead up to the castle ruins where magnificent views provide an ideal picnic setting. The Terra Rosa museum and Sunday Provençal market are a must ! Nearby St. Barthelemy wilderness park is a delightful site with a stream and pools offering engaging walks in the ravine. The village of Villecroze is one of several mediaeval villages to be explored, perhaps on (Thursday) market day ? The town of Aups has a thriving Saturday market and a museum dedicated to Truffles of which the area is renowned. We are south of the Verdon gorges national park and there are several golf courses in easy reach. Location: the property is equidistant between Marseille and Nice airports.
