Charming village house (year-round rental)

cœur des basses gorges du Verdon.
Située à MONTMEYAN, atypique maison de village (60m²) entièrement rénovée sur deux niveaux offrant le couchage pour 6 personnes.
Dans un cadre chaleureux et de charme, vous profiterez d'une tranquillité absolue et d'un dépaysement assuré.

La maison dispose de deux chambres avec chacune sa salle d'eau et ses WC indépendants ainsi qu'une literie de qualité.
- Une chambre avec un lit de 180 cm,
- Une chambre avec un lit de 160 cm (possibilité de les séparer en deux lits de 80 cm).
Option également d'un couchage 140 cm (2 places) supplémentaire dans le salon avec le canapé "BZ" (matelas de qualité).

Cette maison de village ne dispose pas d'un jardin mais elle est située dans un environnement très calme et vous avez la possibilité de garer votre véhicule à une trentaine de mètres de la maison.
En saison estivale, Location pour une semaine (6 nuits minimum), une quinzaine ou plus.
Hors saison estivale, Location possible au week-end (avec 2 jours au minimum).

Le village possède un restaurant, des commerces de proximité (boulangerie, boucherie, superette, etc...) ouverts en période touristique ainsi qu'un supermarché plus important à dix minutes en voiture.
Le village dispose également d'un sympathique espace pour jouer à la pétanque ainsi qu'un petit jardin d'enfant.
Première baignade possible à 6Km, à Montmeyan plage au bord du lac de Quinson.
Deux itinéraires de randonnée au départ du lac sont possibles : un circuit qui longe la rivière sur 6km pour environ 2h de marche et un circuit de randonnée de 10 km pour environ 4h de marche, qui après avoir longé le cours d'eau vous fait remonter dans les terres où vous pourrez découvrir une Chapelle.

Venez profiter dans un rayon de 20 km d'activités culturelles, sportives ou aquatiques avec :
- Le musée de la préhistoire
- Le Sanctuaire de Notre-dame de Grâces
- Les champs de lavande
- Les lacs de Quinson, d'Esparron ou de Ste Croix......
Randonnées, pédalos, canoë kayak, paddle, bateau électrique et découverte de la nature... feront la joie des petits comme des grands.

Charming deco in a lovely village

The village is beautiful and the house nicely decorated. Downsides are the comfort as the sofa is a click-clack and the master bedroom's bed has horrendous mattresses. On my side the bed I could feel all the springs poking my bones. Easy issue to fix and apparently wifi will be added soon to make it almost perfect!

Très jolie petite maison, pleine de charme, typique provençale. Au cœur d'un très joli village pittoresque. La maison est correctement équipée et le propriétaire est à votre écoute pour compléter ce qui pourrait vous manquer. Propre, bonne literie. Le village dispose d'une petite supérette, d'un boucher, d'un bar (d'anciens !) et d'un petit restaurant qui fait des pizzas à emporter aussi. Vous êtes à 10 minutes du 1er plan d'eau et 20 min du lac d'Esparron et 30 minutes du lac de Ste Croix. Un très bon pied à terre pour visiter ce charmant coin de France.
