The bedroom features blackout blinds to help ensure a restful night’s sleep, and the kitchen includes a coffee machine for that essential morning caffeine boost.

Please note that access to the flat is via steps leading up to the front door.

Guests also have access to a private beach path, with the beach itself just 20 metres away.

Dogs are very welcome for a small additional fee.

Pevensey Bay village is right on your doorstep, with a pub, cafés, fish and chip shop, and Co-op all within a five-minute walk.

You can stroll along the seafront to Eastbourne in around an hour, or reach it in just 10 minutes by car. Nearby attractions include Sovereign Harbour, Splash Point, the South Downs Way, and Herstmonceux Castle. Brighton is approximately 35 minutes away by car.
