Jacob's Place 3 Bed Luxury Caravan

Gold Standard 3 Bed Caravan, Spacious Open Plan Living Area with 1 Double Bedroom and 2 Twin Bedrooms located in the luxurious Pevensey Bay Holiday Park in the historic East Sussex village of Pevensey. Affordable luxury, modern and spacious holiday home featuring top quality furnishings, double glazing, free Wifi, central heating, 40 inch TV, fully equipped kitchen, integrated fridge freezer, separate toilet and bathroom as well as an additional sofa bed that will comfortably sleep two people.

The accommodation is 2 minutes from the beach with access to on site facilities - heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, children play area and a top notch restaurant. The park also offers additional activities to keep visitors entertained at an additional cost.

Myself or my partner will be available on your arrival and departure. As we live local to the park we are available to provide you with directions on where to go or what to do whilst you are visiting.

With the beach a minute away and other facilities readily available for guest on site to ensure they have a pleasurable stay with us. As host we are warm and friendly, and we often go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasant stay with us at Jacob's Place.

What makes this property unique

The property is located within the luxurious, family friendly and well laid out Pevensey Holiday Park. The Park is situated on the cobbled beach front of Pevensey Bay and 3.5 miles from the bandstand of Eastbourne. The village of Pevensey enjoys a rich history and has been an ancient British Settlement well before the Romans invaded Kent and Sussex in 43AD. Pevensey Castle was the landing place for William the Conqueror's army in 1066 and is still opened to visitors who can explore its ancient walled remains. The beach front walk way links to the vibrant waterfront and marina in the heart of Sovereign Harbour with its wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars and boutique shops with ample opportunity to relax, watch life and marina activity go by. In need of more retail therapy, the nearby Sovereign Harbour Retail Park offers further shopping along with a multi-screen cinema. Pevensey Bay Holiday Park is 3.5 miles from the bustle of Eastbourne Town which is the gateway to the South Downs and Beachy Head. Enjoy a relaxing walk along the town's pristine promenade with views across the iconic pier and bandstand.
