Beautiful newly built home in private family - friendly Middlesex Beach community with access to its own private lifeguarded beach, fifteen steps from beach access. Enjoy the convenience of the uncrowded private beach and ease of getting there by simply walking out the front door. Features sweeping oceans views on spacious decks, including rooftop deck. Each of the six bedrooms has access to it's own private bathroom. Home has 6 1/2 bathrooms total with new granite countertops. Each of the three floors offers a roomy layout as well as a oversized living area. The home offers 2 Laundry rooms, one on the first and one on the second floor. The Kitchen/ Great Room is located on the third floor and opens out to the deck facing the ocean. Kitchen has new granite countertops and new appliances. Plenty of space for everyone, kids, parents and grandparents will all enjoy having both space to gather together and space of their own! Handicap accessible with elevator to access all floors. The home expands 4588 sq ft of indoor space and 1350sq ft of deck space. Great spot to spend a family beach vacation.

Beautiful home!

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and feels brand new, and Danielle and Steve were super responsive before and during our stay. It's less than a minute walk to the beach, and there was plenty of space to spread out.

This is a beautiful spacious home with plenty of room for a large family reunion. This will be our second reunion at Bethany and everyone enjoys the house and the beach across the street. Great time!!

Steps to beach. Private beach is a real plus. Wonderful decks off all rooms. Great ocean views. We had wonderful time at this home. Owners are so responsive. We will be back for sure next year!

Well maintained 3 story beach house with an elevator. Very near the beach. Secure neighborhood. Sparsely populated beach. Several decks and widows walk. Excellent floor plan. Very responsive and helpful owner. Excellent vacation house for grandparents, older children, and grandchildren. Accessible bathrooms.

Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful house with plenty of rooms. The elevator is great for handicapped. Awesome kitchen with all the appliances. Large bedrooms with own bathrooms. Super close to the private beach. Danielle was great to work with. The only thing missing was enough ice to fill cooler everyday. Dollar General was near by to buy it everyday. Will book this house again for next family vacation.

Good property, definitely Accessible

This property was very well put together, and the elevator was great for a handicap individual. My father is in an oversized power chair and was able to easily access all levels. Only draw back from accessibility was the showers were not roll in (if you care about that). All in all, solid kit hen, good view, and a beach that was private and not over crowded

Beautiful House, Great View, Great Location

Our whole family really enjoyed this modern, clean beach house! It's very spacious, well equipped and was quite comfortable for our 3-generation family getaway. The ocean view is beautiful (we never turned on the many TVs in the house!!) and it's just steps to the guarded beach. Huge kitchen table that was great for family meals as well as board games! The location is close to the town of Bethany, restaurants, and food shopping. Danielle and Steve also answered all questions immediately to make our arrival and stay smooth and easy. Five Stars!

Only annoying problem was both ice makers didn’t work. We were buying bags of ice all week, We called the owner and they sent someone but it never worked properly.

Great Rental

Location and access to beach, walking distance to food, boardwalk was only a mile away great for quick trips for food. The house had great layout for multiple families to come together and stay but not always be in each others way. I will def book again next year!

We loved 17 Dune Road!!

We had the best time renting this house! It was spacious for 10 of us and everyone had their space and privacy. Beach access was unbelievably convenient and we just loved everything about our vacation!!!! We will be back!

This was the second time renting this property. It has lots of room, including three family rooms. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Private community with friendly neighbors and very little traffic. The owner is quick to respond if there are any issues.

A wonderful home. Well stocked kitchen and extras (beach chairs, etc). Super home owners, promptly helped us with initial malfunction of smoke detectors. Danielle and Steve are wonderful, responsive, empathetic. I can’t thank them enough for helping us that first day. I give this property 5 stars and highly recommended it to anyone!

Our family has been vacationing in this area for the last 14 years and we fell in love with the Middlesex Beach area for it's privacy, comfort, relaxation and how family-friendly it is. The huge bonus to this area has been the private uncrowded beach where our family and friends can enjoy having plenty of space on the beach to play and relax. With it's close proximity to downtown Bethany it makes it easy to enjoy the shopping and restaurants. We're looking forward to sharing this special home and community with others!
