House organized around a cathedral kitchen living room that opens through three large windows with brick partition on an enclosed patio facing west for dining with plancha, large terrace is for sunbathing under the pergola. The central room of 60 m2 2 separate nights spaces, one dedicated to the master bedroom bed 160, dressing, toilet, bathroom and private terrace, the other dedicated to children with 4 beds 140 rooms, toilet and bathroom. Each room communicates directly with the garden. 2 mezzanines complete the package, one dedicated to the TV area, the other in the library / study for fans of comics and literature. Kitchen with American fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. internet wifi and ethernet jacks. 4 parking spaces.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille ( 6 personnes) dans cette magnifique demeure. La maison qui a une architecture intérieure très bien pensée, permet d’être tous ensemble et aussi de pouvoir s’isoler par exemple, pour lire dans la bibliothèque ( il y a un nombre et une variété de livres incroyables) ou sur une des nombreuses terrasses. La piscine est grande et permet de nager. Elle est chauffée ce qui est très agréable. Nager la nuit avec les spots immergés est une belle expérience. La maison est également très bien équipée au point de vue électroménager et ustensiles de cuisine. Nos enfants ont fait de nombreuses parties de Ping pong. Le village de Guethary est très mignon et la plage est accessible à pied en 10 mn. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et la personne responsable de notre séjour est extrêmement disponible et nous a donné plein de bons conseils. Et le Pays Basque que nous ne connaissions est magnifique, randonnées, splendides paysages et villages, gastronomie au top et habitants charmants.

Maison parfaite pour vivre à 10

Très bons moments passés dans cette belle maison, avec une pièce à vivre centrale et 2 mezzanines, idéales quand on est 10 , sans oublier les deux terrasses ! Un accueil très sympa des proprio, de bons conseils sur la région et des petites attentions nous attendait à notre arrivée ! La description de la maison dans l’annonce est plus que précise. Peut être la plage un peu loin pour les enfants , mais comme attendu dans l’annonce au vu de la localisation de la maison au fond du chemin ! Merci pour ce beau séjour
