Hardly in 1 km of the center of Saint Jean de Luz, the house is at the end of an tiny road without any traffic which follows our property and gets lost in the forest at the level of our house.
You are in the middle of nowhere, without face to face and a few hundred meters away from downtown and from Erromardie beach.
The orientation southwest of the house, guarantees you a maximum period of sunshine all day long, until sunset in the ocean which you will admire since the swimming pool, the whole without anybody face to face.
The house is surrounded at good distance by 2 magnificent properties of several hectares of which the Domain Ametzague which accommodated a part of the court of Louis XIV for its wedding in 1660 in Saint Jean de Luz.
