The apartment enjoys a superb sea view. (Lardier cape)

1 cabin room with 1 single bed
Living room: 1 sofa bed for 2 persons and 1 extra mattress available

and one on the ground floor with bath and toilet

Angaben teilweise falsch

Leider sind einige Angaben in der Anzeige falsch. Die Wohnung ist sicherlich nicht für 7 Personen geeignet. Diese müssten dann auf Matratzen auf dem Boden schlafen, Stühle und Decken wären nicht vorhanden. Aus meiner Sicht finden in der Wohnung max. 3 Personen sinnvoll Platz. Am meisten geärgert hat mich aber, dass es trotz eindeutiger Beschreibung keine WLAN/Internet in der Wohnung und freies WLAN am Pool gibt. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich die Wohnung nicht gemietet. Die Lage ist aber OK.

J'ai été ravie de vous accueillir dans mon duplex très bien situé face à la mer et au calme. Malheureusement la situation du Wifi a évoluée entre le moment ou la réservation a été faite et le moment de votre sejour. La modification a été faite sur la description. Mon logement peut tout à fait accueillir 5 à 7 personnes dont des enfants pour lesquels 2 matelas d appoint sont prévus, ce qui est bien écrit dans l'annonce. Je dispose des couvertures en saison fraiche mais en été ou il fait 22 degrés minimum dehors, il ne semble pas nécessaire d'en proposer autant mais sont disponibles sur simple demande. Je précise également qu'une remise financière vous a été accordée car le wifi ne fonctionne plus et qu'une nouvelle cafetière vous a été apporté dans la journée suite à un dysfonctionnement. Mon tarif est également très compétitif comparés à d'autres biens dans la région. J'espère vous recevoir lors d'un prochain séjour.

Très belle semaine

Appartement confortable, bien décoré et surtout avec superbe vue depuis le balcon, un peu petit quand même avec 3 enfants Accès à la piscine de la résidence bien apprécié. A notre arrivée quelques craintes quant à la distance pour la plage mais ça se fait vite.

Etwas ältere Appartmentanlage und Wohnung mit charmanter gemütlicher Einrichtung

Charmante Wohnung, die zwar nicht komplett modernisiert ist, aber durchaus alles hat, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Herd und Küchenausstattung sehr gut. Komfortabel dank Spül- und Waschmaschine in der Küche. Geräumige Terasse mit schönem Meerblick! Maximale Raumausnutzung auf 38qm Wohnfläche.

Schöne Ferienwohung nicht weit vom Strand

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 3-4 Personen geeignet, sehr gut ausgestattete Küchezeile mit Induktionsherd (2 Kochfelder). Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden. Kommunikation mit Kontaktperson vor Ort bei der Anreise war schwierig (spricht kein deutsch und englisch).

Très bon séjour

Séjour très agréable, dans une résidence calme et cela même durant la journée. L'appartement est confortable et bien entretenu avec une vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. De plus la récupération des clés se fait sans soucis à n'importe quelle heure et ceci est très appréciable ! En bref, appartement idéal pour famille ou couple à la recherche de tranquillité !

Calme, plage proche, reposant, petit et fonctionnel

Endroit calme, agréable, sécurisé, plage proche, piscine avec chaises longues, personnes sympathiques. Ce qui est dommage, pour se promener ou shopping ou restaurant, il n y a pas d endroits autour, il faut donc se déplacer au moyen de sa voiture ou de bus prévus durant l été. L appartement correspond aux photos mais elles devraient être mise à jour. L appartement est un peu petit, pour accéder à l appartement avec ses valises et tout le reste, il faut un peu de force pour descendre les escaliers et y arriver. Il n y a pas beaucoup de place pour ses affaires. Le reste est au top, très fonctionnel. Il serait peut-être bien d'avertir de prendre ses duvets, coussins...

Les duvets et les coussins sont sous le canapé dans le tiroir, nous l'indiquerons plus clairement pour les futurs vacanciers et allons installer quelques installations pour faciliter le rangement des effets personnels des locataires.
