Scenically nestled in a serene olive grove with 60-year-old trees and ancient dry walls, Casa Capriccio Alto will make you feel like you are in a design hotel, but with the added bonus of the privacy, comfort and luxury of a remarkable holiday house, designed by award-winning architect Cherubino Gambardella.
Casa Capriccio Alto sets itself apart as the pool (12m x 2.5m) is on the rooftop, providing a huge area where guests can lounge and relax. The main living area as well as the kitchen and bedrooms, meanwhile, are on the ground floor. Bedrooms are as follows:
1 master bedroom with a double bed (1m80), bathroom and direct access onto the terrace.
1 bedroom with 2 singles own bathroom and direct access onto the terrace.
Another bedroom with 2 singles own bathroom and direct access onto the terrace
An open-plan living and kitchen-area with a separate pantry on terrazzo flooring.
