Villa Saudade by Atlantic Holiday

Welcome to Villa Saudade by Atlantic Holiday, a three-bedroom villa located in Ponta do Sol, one of Madeira Island’s sunniest areas, where sea views create the right setting for a relaxing stay with family or friends.



Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, including two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds, making it suitable for couples, families or small groups travelling together. The property also features four bathrooms, including an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, an additional bathroom with a shower on the bedroom floor, and two service toilets for added convenience.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery, plates and essential cooking utensils. Outside, guests can enjoy a barbecue area and unwind in the jacuzzi while taking in the sea view.



For additional comfort, the villa provides air conditioning, Smart TV with box, Wi-Fi, washing machine, hairdryer, large private garage parking, as well as a baby cot and high chair upon request. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.



A car is recommended to explore Madeira Island and enjoy everything the surrounding area has to offer. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning.



Please note that smoking inside the villa is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment.
