Nestled in a courtyard of sprawling palms trees lies the entrance to your home away from home.
This 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor condo has a Full service kitchen with granite countertops which is nicely equipped with everything you need to make meals; includes dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, coffee maker and a Keurig. Refrigerator has an ice maker.
Condo includes walk in-closet, tile floor, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, pedestal fan, 50” TV with Cable, wireless internet and is freshly decorated with a Floridian decor.
Sleep comfortably in the queen size bed with sateen sheets with quilted comforter. Sleeper sofa in living room can accommodate 2 guests.
Neat & Clean laundry room is located on site 3 doors down.
Condo is surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment and of course the beach!
Unheated pool is on site surrounded by fenced in patio, private and beautifully landscaped.
Sunset Beach is less than 1 mile away, a 10 minute walk or short bike ride.
No Pets. No Smoking. No candles.
Unit can only be rented for at least 90 days or more.

Fabulous Hosts

I had a 4 month stay which was absolutely lovely. The location was terrific, I was able to catch the trolley right outside the door each week and go grocery shopping. A terrific bar/restaurant, Shrimpys, was a 6 minute walk away and I was a frequent patron. The hosts were so responsive to any questions I had and I was super impressed with the incredible neighbours. I can't recommend it enough.

Perfect location

Perfect location for the beachbum in you. The condo is perfectly sized for a couple. The bathroom is directly off the master bedroom. There is a huge closet. The owners were very responsive. Lots of great choices for dining and entertainment that you can walk too. Neighbors at the complex were friendly and helpful. On chilly days when its to cold at the beach you can relax at the pool. Pinella County has a bike rail that runs the entire county. There are great museums, restaurants and entertainment choices.

Enjoyed our stay

We absolutely loved the property. It was a cute condo and with a pool and just within walking distance to the beach. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating! We appreciate the opportunity to stay and would definitely be back!

We have been visiting the St Pete Beach area for the past 7 years. We live up North so we love traveling to the Caribbean or Florida during the Winter. Last year we finally found our tropical paradise to enjoy and share. We updated it in December 2018. We think it is a wonderful location, so much you can walk to. Though it may not be right on the beach, it’s so close and affords a quieter living area to come back to.
