New apartment. On Calle Portales, in the heart of the tourist area. 50 m from Calle Laurel, with views of the cathedral.Very cozy and with all the extras: WIFI, TV, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, mixer, dryer, hair dryer, hangers, etc.



You will be great! It also has a large rain shower.And something essential if you bring suitcases: you will have a lift to a flat floor!





New apartment of 50 m2. It consists of a double bed (1.35 cm), perfect for resting and very comfortable. The living room that is attached to the kitchen has a spectacular balcony overlooking Calle Portales and the Cathedral, where there is a sofa that turns into a 140 cm bed, ideal to accommodate two more guests.The apartment has a spacious bathroom with a rain shower.



We provide: sheets, towels, bath gel, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, hair dryer, toilet paper, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, ..It is an apartment that we have decorated with great care to make it very nice and cozy. Just as we would like it to be for us.
