Lakeside House with Private Boat at Schaalsee

Your retreat is situated on a 1,800 m² property with private lake access and its own boat dock. The separate guest house can be booked flexibly as needed—you’ll find a listing for it at Landfolk. If you don’t need the guest house, it will of course remain unoccupied during your stay, so you’ll have the entire property all to yourselves.

The private boat dock, the panoramic view of Lake Schaal, and the modern amenities make this place truly special. One of many highlights: An electric motorboat is available for your use in the thatched boathouse.



The 80-square-meter living and dining area with an open kitchen forms the heart of the house. Three bedrooms provide space for the whole family. The well-thought-out layout and contemporary furnishings create a thoroughly pleasant atmosphere.



Spacious terraces invite you to linger. The boules court with a lake view, the barbecue area, and the private sauna offer plenty of variety. With the electric motorboat, you can explore the lake entirely on your own. From the boat dock, you can enter the lake directly via either a classic steel ladder or a comfortable wooden staircase.
