Towels and sheets) .Allergy friendly .50qm 1 bedroom 1 living room with kitchen and 1 bathroom. Large roof terrace. Bright maritime facility with charm. Lovingly furnished. Grandiose lake view. Small sandy beach 20 meters away .. Parking in front of the house. Wi-Fi available. Interesting destinations for hikers and cyclists. If you like fishing or canoeing, you can do so in Salem Lake and the surrounding canals and lakes. Boats can be rented suburb, as well as bicycles. Attractive cities such as Hamburg and Lübeck are within easy driving distance to nearby Ratzeburg and Mölln. The beaches of the Baltic Sea can be reached by car in 40 minutes.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung zusammen mit der darunterliegenden Wohnung gebucht und eine entspannte Zeit verbracht. Es ist an alles gedacht, selbst an Decken, um abends noch gemütlich draußen sitzen zu können. Von der Dachterrasse kann man wunderbar den Sternenhimmel beobachten, auch weil ab 22 Uhr die Wegbeleuchtung am See ausgeschaltet wird.

Lake zero...!!!

Ich habe die Unterkunft für 3 Nächte gebucht, um mich dem Versprechen des Inserates zufolge, erholen zu können. Ich kam Samstag Abend bei der Unterkunft an und musste zu meinem Entsetzen feststellen, dass diese direkt neben einem sehr gut frequentierten Spielplatz liegt. Als ich direkt wieder abreisen wollte, kam der Vermieter, der nebenan wohnt, auf mich zu und überredete mich zum Bleiben. Den Sonntag über habe ich mit verschlossenen Fenstern und Türen verbracht, weil die Lautstärke, die von dem Spielplatz ausging, nicht tragbar war. Nach dem 13-stündigen lautstarken Sonntag erwartete mich am Montag Morgen um 8 Uhr die Kettensäge von einem Bauunternehmen, die anfingen, den Spielplatz umzubauen. Abgesehen von der unsäglichen Lautstärke, konnte ich auch die Terrasse nicht betreten, weil diese von dem Benzingeruch der Kettensäge eingenommen wurde. Daraufhin fuhr ich weg und verbrachte den Tag über außerhalb. Als ich am Abend wiederkam, haben sich in der unteren Wohnung Gäste eingemietet, die ihren Holzkohlegrill angeschmissen haben, der die Unterkunft sowie die Terrasse total einräucherte. Auch diesen Abend verbrachte ich mit verschlossenen Fenstern und Türen. Dienstag Morgen ging es mit dem Bauunternehmen und der Kettensäge weiter. Ich habe um 8 Uhr meine Sachen gepackt und bin abgereist. Das die Unterkunft direkt an einem Spielplatz liegt, ist für manche Urlauber nicht unwichtig. Ein Umstand, der in dem Inserat Erwähnung finden sollte. Null Erholungswert, volles Ärgernis...!!

Schöner Ort zum Relaxen

Mit dem Ferienappartement waren wir sehr zufrieden und können uns vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. Das einzige Manko in der Wohnung war eine fehlende Ablage im kleinen Küchenteil. Kontakt zum Gastgeber nur kurz bei Anreise, aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Urlaub in dem idyllischen Ort Salem in Schleswig Holstein. Urlaub so wie ich mir das vorgestellt habe. Ein Ort der nicht vom Tourismus überlaufen ist, unsere Ferienwohnung direkt am See, die Wohnung freundlich und wertig eingerichtet. Der großzügige Balkon mit Blick auf den See runden das Feeling absolut perfekt ab.

Still ruht der See

Wir haben den Auftenhalt wieder sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet viel: sehr kurzer Weg zum Schwimmen, gute Ausgangslage für viele Radtouren und Wanderungen, entspannter Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Leider ist die Küchenzeile sehr klein, so dass wir dann doch lieber die örtliche Gastronomie beansprucht haben.

Super schöne Wohnung mit überragender Aussicht

Super schöne, saubere Wohnung, deren Ausstattung an nichts mangeln lässt. Die Dachterrasse bietet direkten Blick auf den Salemer See, dem Frühstück in der Sonne (je nach norddeutschenm Wetter) mit Seeblick steht also nichts im Wege. Der Ort ist klein und gemütlich, bietet aber wenig Aktivitäten. Die umliegenden Wälder bieten schöne Wege zum Spazierengehen oder Fahrradfahren.
