Great space

Property was as advertised. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to make our own meals. You need a car to get around but we were also able to utilize Uber. Would stay here again.

Great house for a large group or family. Lovely swimming pool. Lots of space for entertaining - 2 dining rooms indoors and plenty of outdoor entertaining areas. Lovely sheltered terrace for breakfast. 2 great BBQs - one gas and one wood. Hosts were lovely - very helpful and welcoming. Easy walk to bus stops with good links into town during the day. Worth noting that the 5th bedroom is only really suitable for children and is a through bedroom with a short bed and a sofa bed.

This place is amazing

There's a difference between having enough rooms, and having SPACE. I thought the pictures of the property were good, but they don't actually do it justice. A stunning property.

Wonderful Place to StayThis is an amazing house and a fabulous place to stay, with lots of history. It is huge! - the photos do not do it justice in terms of the space you have, much of a 17th century monastery, tastefully converted into a home, with a great pool, games room and gardens. It has a prime location in the old village of Les Angles – very peaceful and with great views over the surrounding countryside. In terms of amenities, everything you could need is provided. The 4 main bedrooms have air conditioning. Supermarkets and a few restaurants are close by, with Avignon and Villeneuve les Avignon a short drive away.Marie and Jean-Yves are lovely hosts, helpful and very responsive. We loved our stay and would book again if in the area.

Fabulous

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Six of us ladies spent 9 night here on a cycling trip. Location was central and it was very nice to be just outside the city centre of Avignon. The house is beautiful and we particularly enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely house wirr beautiful views

We stayed in August for 2 weeks and had a lovely tome. The pool and house (and games room😀) are amazing. There are a lot of really nice restaurants within walking distance and the best Spar shop I've been too. We had lots of BBQs and played in the pool which we strughled to get our 8 year grandson out of. The rooms do get hot but there are super big fans to leep cool. The hosts were lovely and responsive. We'll come back I'm sure.

We had a really wonderful holiday staying in this property. A beautiful old house with sparkling swimming pool. The shops were just a few minutes away by bike and the setting in the old village with views over the countryside, is magical. We had been a bit nervous about being too hot at night (the spaces are not air-conditioned as it is a heritage property) but the owners got fans for all the bedrooms and it was perfectly comfortable. The games room was a real hit with our teenaged family and the kitchen is really well equipped. The fitout of the property is charming but quite aged which leads to a few maintenance issues- you need a little patience with door handles / electrics and the like but for anything that had a problem needing attention from the owner - they always arrived very promptly. Overall - we loved our stay!

Tres belle propriete pres d'Avignon, excellent sejour.

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine dans la tres belle maison de Marie et Jean-Yves. La maison est bien situee, tout pres d'Avignon et de la gare TGV. Le vieux village des Angles est charmant. Les proprietaires nous ont acceuillis a notre arrivee et sont restes a notre disposition pour toutes questions pendant tout le sejour. La maison est grande et comfortable, parfaite pour un groupe, avec de nombreux recoins pour se detendre et une tres belle piscine. Un lieu charge d'histoire, a decouvrir absolument!

Il n'y a que 4 chambres et non 5, nous avons dû aménager la salle de jeu avec un clic-clac! Moyen quand on travaille au vue du prix de la location. Et en plus on n'a pas pu en profiter! Je rappelle qu'une chambre et un endroit indépendant où l'on dort! Pas un passage! Le bruit de la quatre-voies est présent surtout la nuit. Pas de robots de cuisine! On râpe à la main et on monte les blancs en neige à l'huile de coude! On avait que ça à faire! Bon et puis des rats aussi dans le jardin et la buanderie. Pour le reste, la piscine, les autres chambres ça ressemble aux photos.

Chers Messieurs, Tout d’abord, quand on fait une réservation pour 5 personnes comme vous l’avez fait, on n’arrive pas à 10 voire 12 personnes, car inévitablement, le respect de l’intimité de chacun devient compliqué! Au sujet des « rats », vous devez confondre avec des campagnols, petits rongeurs de la campagne, qui quand on respecte les règles d’hygiène de vie de base d’une maison dans un village à la campagne, ne se promènent en aucun cas près des humains sauf si on les attire (gamelle de nourriture pour votre chien posée dans le hall d’entrée de la maison sur les chaises, nourriture en self service sur la table du salon alors qu’un réfrigérateur et des placards sont prévus à cet effet dans la cuisine et l’arrière-cuisine). Je ne parlerais pas des matelas jetés au sol, matelas gonflable dans le salon, clic-clac dans la salle de jeux et autres objets (tapis, plantes…) que vous avez su déménager dans un sens, mais en aucun cas remettre à la leur. Rien de grave, juste 3 jours de ménages après votre départ que nous avons fait avec nos mains, sans robot, comme vous avez monté les blancs en neige à l’huile de coude. Le clou du spectacle reste votre départ à l’aube pour être sûrs de nous éviter vu l’état des lieux. Tout ceci nous éclaire sur les personnes que vous êtes! Salutations

Magnifique et très très agréable

La maison est magnifique, très calme et assez fraîche malgré la chaleur extérieure. Le jardin, la piscine et le patio sont très beaux et extrêmement agréables. la quietude

magnifique propriété , accueil chaleureux des propriétaires toujours prêts a rendre service ou à conseiller sur les bons plans de la région . pas de vis à vis le temps nous a permis de vivre autour de la piscine du déjeuner au repas du soir . la description sur le site correspond très bien à ce que nous avons découvert. l'axe routier le plus proche est trop éloigné pour être gênante;la vue et les promenades sont à consommer sans modération. merci aux proprios

Une semaine merveilleuse !!

La maison est extrêmement belle et très agréable à vivre en famille. Les chambres très spacieuses et la literie confortable !! Le jardin est une splendeur et la piscine délicieuse !! Le cadre environnant avec ses vieilles maisons et ses jolies ruelles est charmant. Plusieurs villages à proximité sont à visiter, hormis Avignon bien sûr et les sites les plus connus comme St Rémy de Provence !! Les propriétaires sont également de bon conseil et très accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

2 semaines au soleil en famille

Nous avons passé 15 jours des plus agréables dans cette maison chargée d'histoire, idéale pour des vacances en famille (10 personnes: grands-parents, parents, enfants). L'espace très généreux permet à chacun de s'adonner à son passe-temps préféré (lecture, piscine, babyfoot,... cuisine -très équipée !-...) sans gêner les autres. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Les salles à manger et le salon permettent de se retrouver quand le soleil est trop intense. A l'extérieur le choix est laissé entre le patio intime, très vert agrémenté d'un bassin et la piscine d'où la vue sur les Alpilles est fantastique le matin où au coucher du soleil. La localisation est parfaite côté logistique (commerces à proximité immédiate) et côté tourisme (Avignon, St Rémy, Nîmes, Les Baux...). Jean-Yves et Marie sont des hôtes prévenants et discrets, prodigues de conseils et d'informations. Que du bonheur !

Stayed for a week with 8 people and the house fit us comfortably. Has all the necessities and more. Neighborhood is quaint with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Pool is fantastic. Wish we were still there!

Great week with friends. Very spacious property with stunning views and lovely pool which we were in most of the time. Very well equipped with washing machine and many kitchen accessories to cater for large amount of guests including a huge BBQ. The only negative feedback is that there weren’t enough fans for all the bedrooms and nighttime was very uncomfortable with soft beds and no air conditioning. There are 4 good sized bedrooms and the smallest room had an old sofa bed which was like a brick. Therefore kids were too hot so would have liked a cooler room to sleep. Overall a beautiful villa and would stay again if air conditioning was available x

Koken gaat hier niet, alles is ingericht voor de makkelijke reiziger. Geen vaatwasser of wasmachine en geen kookplaat. Restaurant eigenaar zit beneden met een groot terras dus waarom zou je ook. Beetje geluid in de nacht dus helaas wel. Bedden groot maar wat hard, voor Franse begrippen erg netjes en schoon. Om Avignon te verkennen perfect.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Les Angles ist nur 5 Minuten von Avignon entfernt und liegt auf der anderen Rhoneseite. Die altehrwürdigen Mauern sind angenehm kühl und häufig weht eine leicht Brise. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Der Hof mit Pool ist komplett von der Straße blickdicht durch Mauern abgeriegelt, sodass man seine Ruhe hat und Haustiere frei laufen können. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und liefern lokale Einkaufs- und Besichtigungstipps. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
