About this property

Mas provençal with private pool for families or groups near Avignon

Provencal farmhouse completely renovated for your family vacation, 300 m2 on one hectare of wooded and fenced land, an outdoor pool area with its summer kitchen and dining area.

The farmhouse is rented from Saturday to Saturday over 7 days from June to September.

The Mas can accommodate up to 12 people, the house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large fitted and equipped kitchen-dining room, a living room with an office area. There is also a washing machine and a dryer available. The property is equipped with its household linen (bed linen and towels).
There is also a ball and basketball court, a pool table, a large library filled with books and board games for all ages.

The Mas is ideally located 10 minutes from Carpentras and 15 minutes from Avignon, it is also 5 minutes from Spirou Park and the Wave Island water park in Provence, from Lake Monteux.
There is also the sorgues for canoe kayak trips and many possibilities for bike rides.
The swimming pool is 10 x 4 m including 2 x 4 m of 0.40 cm beach.
Depth is 1.5 m on the remaining 8 x 4 m

 5 minutes from all amenities (bakery, bar, grocery store, supermarket.)

The property is 15 minutes from Avignon TGV station and 45 minutes from Marseille Marignane Airport.

If you come in July, you can stroll around the Avignon festival and see many plays, dance, etc.
Otherwise you can also ride the Ventoux by bike like the riders of the Tour de France ...

Séjour incroyable!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable chez Anne et Stephane. La maison est magnifique, très grande et bien agencée. Elle est équipée de tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin pour votre séjour. Anne et Stéphane était très sympathiques et toujours disponible pour la moindre question. Les enfants (petits et grands) ont adoré les jeux extérieurs, la piscine, les multiples jeux de société. Merci encore pour cette hospitalité, on aurait pas pu espérer mieux!

Location conforme à l'annonce, très bon accueil et très bonne réactivité de Anne et Stéphane.

Très grande maison bien décorée et bien entretenue. Piscine propre et agréable (eau à 30°C), très grande propriété avec terrain de pétanque et panier de basket trés prisé par les enfants. Grande cuisine très bien aménagée et ouverte sur un salon avec billard, également prisé des enfants. Bon emplacement, au calme tout en étant proche de l'axe Avignon/Carpentras, toutes 2 à une dizaine de kilomètres. Je recommande cette location.
