This stunning Scottsdale home near Kierland Commons is remodeled and is guaranteed to impress! There is an open layout concept with large gathering spaces both indoors and out. Relax on the covered patio couch and watch the golf tournament, or take a swing for yourself on the putting green. This home also features a Game court equipped for Pickleball and Basketball, and much more! This backyard is one-of-a-kind and is sure to please all of your guests.

In the backyard, you will also find a resort-style pool and spa (pool has a deep end) that can be heated year-round for your enjoyment. With several chaise lounges on an upper and lower deck, there's room for everyone! You will all enjoy the fire pit and beautiful ambiance of this indoor/outdoor oasis day or night.

Indoors features a gourmet kitchen equipped with premium appliances, stocked with utensil drawers, cookware, and more to make you feel at home. The fabulous primary suite features a beautiful full bathroom with private access to the pool. The secondary suite is on its own wing of the house next to the bunk room. The awesome bunk room boasts a private entertainment area. There are two queen bedrooms next to the primary suite in the west wing of the home. All bedrooms have their own TV!

Other things to note
-Scottsdale has very strict occupancy and quiet hours rules. You will be asked to leave, fined, and lose your deposit if rules aren't followed.
-Parking- 3 cars max. Street parking is prohibited at all times.
-Occupancy Max- 10 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night). The City of Scottsdale requires guests shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
-Quiet hours are 10pm-9am.
-Once you book, we will send you a detailed information PDF with personal recommendations as well as basic information.
-Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
-Security cameras are located on the premises for your safety. They do not record conversations.
-The City of Scottsdale requires background checks. All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
-If you check-out on a major holiday (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day), you will be charged 1.5x the normal cleaning fee. If it can be rescheduled to the next day, we will coordinate that so there are no extra fees.
-You will be responsible for a 4% credit card fee if you cancel prior to 60 days in advance.

Perfect home for our family of 8! Sarah was extremely helpful and always available to assist if we had a question. Beautiful back yard oasis, even better than the pictures! Our older kids (ages 17-23) loved playing on the basketball and pickleball court. We elected to have the pool heated and it was perfect - even in January! One of our best stays ever!! We had the best vacation! We had flight issues getting there and Sarah was so easy to work with then and throughout our whole stay. The house was perfect for our family. We spent the majority of our time outside swimming, playing pickleball, bocci, ping pong, and golfing. We also enjoyed the fire pit and grill many nights! We loved the heated pool with kids! The house was wonderful and had everything we needed for what we wanted to cook. It’s a great neighborhood! We walked every morning and loved checking out the different houses. It’s not far from a grocery store, coffee shop, or the Scottsdale quarter! I would recommend this property to anyone! We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect spot for our group of 6 high school friends, six women who were all amazed by the well-stocked kitchen. Sarah has carefully kept valuable, unopened items from previous guests so there are many surprises. I especially appreciated Saran Wrap, baggies, etc. being on hand. We took full advantage of all games, bocce ball a favorite. Hitting pickleballs into the jacuzzi another one. The pool service came twice in the week we were there, much appreciated since it was hot and we used the pool constantly.All the Tv's and lights and fans worked fine, and Sarah was quick to return calls when we had questions. Water pressure and ice maker were heroic.There is a small school neighboring the property. It wasn't until the 5th day of our trip that it got noisy for a little while when they did some outdoor event w/ bullhorns. No big deal.Sarah, your notebook full of suggestions was great. Suggest you add Ocean 44 and Olive & Ivy for dining and take off La Fonda Mexican. Great property, hope to return! Thank you for your attention to details.
