Why they chose this property
This gorgeous Spanish modern home sits in an extremely quiet, luxury custom home area on large 1-2 acre lots. We chose this home due to the architectural charm, modern feel and amazing peaceful views. It's also on a huge lot with a large buffer from any neighbors.
What makes this property unique
Quiet street of custom luxury homes, yet very close to EVERYTHING! Incredible backyard to play volleyball, corn hole etc. which it very difficult to find in this area! The pool was just remodeled and is gorgeous. The hot tub is also brand new. You'll fall in love with the views from the backyard!
