The location of this property was convenient to everything we were here to do. The amenities are great and the building is beautiful. Will definitely stay again.
The place was comfortable and close to all the sites. It was clean yet does need a few fixes [like the fan in the bathroom]. Lots of street noise and lots if light in the room all night.
The apartment was clean, well stocked, and provided a great stay. However the building is located on a very noisy street. It is not where you want to be if you need peace and quiet to rest or sleep.
The property looked just like advertised. It was located right in the heart of everything. And we walked everywhere. Enjoyed our stay especially since it was my birthday.
On one note though the bedroom carpets really could use shampooing. They have a lot of stains.
It was a nice place and only a 10 minute was from Bourbon. Very confused when trying to enter the building because the code didn’t work. Found on the 2nd day that the code only worked on the door to the right of the main door. There should be a sign directing Hosteeva guests to that door. An old Coca Cola bottle was in the main bathroom drawer and a used bar of soap was in the soap dish in the master bathroom. Other than that, it was decent.

Good for adults
This location would be great for adults only, close to all the bars. Not much close by to do with kids and finding family friendly places to eat was a challenge. The condo was beautiful, however the beds were as hard as the floor, we could hear ALL the traffic from the street (we were on the 8th floor). The TV in the livingroom didn't work the majority of the stay (we were there 5 days). Luckily we were out walking around most of the day.

Nice apartment interior - but very noisy
Stayed with family before Christmas. The apartment is very comfortable inside: spacey, high ceilings, high end finish in both bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, modern furniture. Great location just outside the French quarter.
However, a couple of issues:
- Many windows around the apartment, all single layer glass which lets all the noise from the street, day and night.
- The sofa in the living room is not really suited to sleep on, very hard. The two beds in the two bedroom are comfortable.
- I called the management company to ask for a few more bed sheets and blankets. They referred me to a local property manager, who responded to me after 2 days...just when I was ready to check out...
