Located in the heart of the village of Mirabel-aux-Baronnies, between Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, this fully renovated Provençal home, built in 1822, accommodates up to 12 guests across 350 square meters. The unobstructed view of Mont Ventoux and the exposed stonework give the living area a character that few group homes can offer.



The main living area is on the first floor: the living room, library, game room, and fully equipped kitchen open directly onto the garden, terrace, and private pool (May–September). The four bedrooms on the second floor each have their own private shower room.



On the top floor, a separate area for 4 people with a TV lounge is ideal for teenagers or guests seeking more independence. The vaulted entrance and the medieval gallery carved into the rock highlight the home’s unique character.



Local cafés and markets are within walking distance from the village. The house is located between Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine. Upon request, a private chef can prepare a dinner on-site—from menu planning and grocery shopping to service—as well as wine tastings or wellness treatments.
