Είναι μια μεζονέτα διώροφη που στον όροφο έχει ένα όμορφο χώρο σαλόνι τραπεζαρία , κουζίνα με τραπέζι. Διαθέτει ψυγείο, πλυντήριο πιάτων ,φούρνο και εστίες. Στον κάτω όροφο διαθέτει ένα μπάνιο και ένα μεγάλο δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και βρεφικό κρεβάτι. Ο επάνω όροφος έχει τρία δωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο.Σε κάθε δωμάτιο έχει air-condition.
