Living Space and Bedrooms

The cottage is arranged entirely on one level, making it a convenient choice for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Access is via two external steps at the entrance.

There are two comfortable bedrooms with storage, mirrors and bedside power sockets, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the local area. The property accommodates up to four guests.

The modern shower room features a spacious walk-in shower and contemporary fittings.

The bright open-plan living area offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV and patio doors leading directly to the garden, allowing plenty of natural light throughout the day.

A separate small outbuilding within the grounds provides a dedicated office space with a desk and chair, ideal for guests combining work with leisure during their stay. An additional small utility building is also available, offering laundry facilities for added convenience.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is well equipped for self catering stays and includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetière.

The dining table seats up to six guests, creating a comfortable space for family meals, entertaining or planning the day`s adventures.

For longer stays, guests can make use of the washing machine located in the kitchen, while the separate outdoor utility room provides a tumble dryer and additional drying facilities, particularly useful for golfers, walkers and outdoor enthusiasts.

On street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.
